Leader has been handling Cutco's environmental due diligence matters for over ten years. We performed several Phase I and II ESAs for properties and business Cutco has acquired over the past decade. The Phase I studies included a site regulatory/historical review and site reconnaissance to assess the need for intrusive studies. Based on the Phase I ESA findings, we designed and implemented Phase II studies involving asbestos sampling and testing, test boring/monitoring wells and sampling of soil and ground water. We have also performed feasibility studies and remedial alternative designs for some facilities.
